About Bizlink Centre

Bizlink Centre Singapore Ltd is a non-profit organization and an Institution of a Public Character (IPC) dedicated to serving disadvantaged individuals, with a primary focus on persons with disabilities (PWDs). Since its inception in 1986, the organization has worked to empower individuals to achieve independence, dignity, and social inclusion through comprehensive vocational training and employment opportunities.

The Vision: To lead in providing employment support that enhances the quality of life for persons with disabilities and the disadvantaged, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.

The Mission: To foster independence and inclusion through structured training and sustainable employment pathways.

 

 

Impactful Programmes

Bizlink Centre provides a diverse range of services tailored to the specific needs of its beneficiaries—Singaporeans aged 18 and above with physical, sensory, or intellectual disabilities, as well as those with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

  • Day Activity Centre: Offers daily care and life-skills training to promote independence and community living.

  • Work Therapy Programme: Focuses on lifelong learning and the development of social relationships through therapeutic work activities.

  • Sheltered Workshop Programme: Provides a supportive on-the-job training environment for those not yet ready for open employment.

  • Train-and-Place Services: Facilitates the transition into the workforce via vocational assessments, job-matching, and long-term post-placement support.

  • E-commerce Fulfilment Training Centre: A specialized hub focusing on logistics and digital commerce skills to meet modern industry demands.

     

 

Social Enterprises

The organization operates six specialized business units that support the local workforce across four key sectors: Manpower & Logistics, Environment, Creative, and Food & Beverages. These enterprises provide high-quality commercial services while creating inclusive work environments.

  1. Data Management & Contact Centre: Specializing in data entry, digitisation, and virtual assistance.

  2. Logistics & Fulfilment Services: Handling order fulfilment, custom packing, and inventory management.

  3. Cleaning Services: Providing professional office and specialized cleaning solutions.

  4. Creative – Gifts & Design: Offering handcrafted gifts, corporate premiums, and professional design services.

  5. Creative – Hampers & Wellness Packs: Curating floral arrangements, fruit baskets, and wellness hampers.

  6. Food & Beverages: Providing bento sets, baked goods, and international buffet catering.
