Our group includes Westbourne School - one of the UK's most consistently high-achieving independent schools, Westbourne College Sydney, ranked 1st in Australia, Westbourne College Singapore, launching this summer and Westbourne USA and NZ are to follow shortly in 2024.
We seek a highly driven, admissions and marketing leader to share in our growth vision, drive our in-market strategy and spearhead a candidate-centric recruitment approach for the Singapore market.
You will be commercially astute and results-orientated. You will also be able to demonstrate a clear understanding, through lived or practical experience of the international and local education landscape.
Core Responsibilities
- Contribute to and implement the marketing and recruitment plan for Westbourne College Singapore.
- Build Westbourne College's brand reputation within the local market.
- Lead a customer-centric approach to recruitment and admissions.
- Lead the development of links with key influencers within the education market.
- Regularly attend and speak at education/ brand awareness events.
Essential requirements:
- Evidence of successfully delivering a marketing and sales strategy, preferably in Education. An understanding of the international education landscape is an advantage.
- Strong experience in business development and relationship building.
- Experience in setting and implementing content strategy, social media management and paid digital advertising.
- Experience in implementing a customer-centric sales and onboarding strategy.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
