The Role: Driving Growth, Enrolments & Market Position
As Head of Admissions, you will lead our student recruitment strategy, drive enrolments, and establish Westbourne College Singapore as the destination for academically ambitious students. You will report directly to the Principal and collaborate with global marketing, academic, and leadership teams to deliver outstanding growth, brand positioning, and revenue impact.
Responsibilities
- Sales-Driven Growth – Build and execute a high-impact student recruitment strategy that delivers consistent and measurable enrolment success.
- Market Leadership – Position Westbourne College Singapore as the top choice for IB students through strategic partnerships, brand awareness, and competitive market insights.
- Relationship Management – Build and maintain trust-based relationships with education agents, families and corporate partners.
- Admissions Experience – Oversee the entire student admissions journey, ensuring a seamless, personalised, and professional experience that drives high conversion rates.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making – Monitor performance, track pipeline progress, and use analytics to refine recruitment strategies and maximise ROI.
- Collaboration Across Teams – Work closely with the Principal, global admissions teams, and marketing experts to align recruitment efforts with broader strategic goals.
What You’ll Bring to Westbourne
- Proven Sales Expertise – A strong background in consultative sales, high-performance student recruitment, or a related commercial role.
- Exceptional Relationship-Building Skills – Ability to build trust fast, influence stakeholders, and develop a strong referral network.
- Results-Driven Mindset – A track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Tech & Data Fluency – Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and data-driven sales techniques to optimise performance.
- Adaptability & Resilience – A high-energy, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup-style setting.
- Sector Knowledge (Preferred but Not Essential) – Familiarity with independent/selective schools or the IB Diploma Programme is an advantage.
