Dover Court International School Celebrates Strong Global University Offers for the Class of 2026

Source: Press Release
Dover Court International School is pleased to share an early snapshot of global university outcomes for the Class of 2026. As offers continue to arrive, students have already received over 139 university offers worldwide, spanning six global regions, including the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia, with nearly 60% of all offers coming from the UK’s Russell Group universities.
These outcomes highlight the depth, breadth and consistency of destinations secured by the cohort, particularly within a non-selective school environment, where success is defined not by narrow entry criteria but by personalised support, academic rigour and informed guidance that enable students to find the right next step.
Reflecting on the significance of these achievements for the wider school community, Rachel Edwards, Head of Secondary, commented:
“Congratulations to all our students, teachers, support team and our careers guidance counsellors for these excellent global offers. This is an exciting time for our soon-to-be graduates as they begin the next chapter of their lives with confidence and ambition.”
Together, these outcomes reflect not only the university destinations achieved but also the culture that underpins student progression at Dover Court.
Chris Short, Interim Principal, added:
“These results speak not only to the destinations our students are reaching, but to the culture of aspiration, care and consistency that underpins their journeys. As a non-selective school, we are proud to see students progressing to outstanding universities around the world, each following a route that reflects their individual strengths and ambitions.”
Strong Academic Outcomes in the UK
Nearly 60% of all offers received to date are from Russell Group universities, the UK’s leading research-intensive institutions. In total, students have secured 82 Russell Group offers, with repeated success across multiple universities – an indicator of consistent academic preparation across the cohort.
Students have also received highly competitive offers from institutions such as King’s College London and University College London (UCL), reinforcing the strength and breadth of outcomes across a wide range of subjects.
Global Destinations Across Six Regions
Beyond the UK, the Class of 2026 has secured offers from highly ranked universities across North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. In Canada, students received offers from leading universities, including the University of Toronto and the University of British Columbia, supported by significant individual merit scholarships of up to $125,000. In the USA, offers include highly selective institutions such as NYU Tisch School of the Arts, with several students receiving offers with honours and scholarship awards.
European offers from institutions such as the University of Amsterdam and Trinity College Dublin, alongside the Group of Eight universities in Australia and universities in Singapore, further reflect the global reach of this year’s outcomes.
Breadth of Subjects and Student Choice
Offers span a wide range of disciplines, including medicine, engineering, business, life sciences, arts and design. Many students are now choosing among multiple strong offers, giving them meaningful agency to shape their next steps based on academic fit, personal strengths, and future aspirations.
As offers continue to arrive, Dover Court International School looks forward to celebrating the diverse routes its students are taking as they progress confidently into higher education worldwide.
