Developing Inclusive Leaders

Research indicates that diversity, inclusion and belonging lead to both better business performance and more engaged and high performing teams.

This engaging and interactive workshop will provide participants with the insights and tools needed to be more inclusive. Participants will explore our roadmap to inclusive organisations with a specific focus on gender, cultural and generational diversity. They will also have the opportunity to examine any biases that may prevent inclusion and consider the concrete behaviours they can adopt and practice to be more inclusive. The workshop consists of real-life business examples, case studies, reflections and peer sharing.
