The Evolution of Branded Residences

Since their inception in the roaring 20's, the branded residence concept has flourished.  Pre-pandemic, the branded residence sector was expanding rapidly around the world, with Knight Frank research showing there were over 400 branded residences globally in 2019 and many more in the pipeline. Price differentials for branded residences can attract significant premiums - as much as 100% in some locations. In this time of great uncertainty, will the concept wain, or will it increase further in popularity?
