Little Farms x Akaroa Salmon 5-course Wine Dinner

We’ve done 5-course beef and lamb dinners, and it’s about time Little Farms did something with salmon. Fresh and sustainably raised King Salmon from Akaroa Harbour in New Zealand will be poached, pan roasted, smoked and made into mousse and more in this mouthwatering lineup of Asian-influenced European dishes.

The menu was dreamed up by none other than Head Chef Rizan Zalani, who goes straight to the water instead of the supermarket when he needs some fish. Using only fresh and high quality ingredients is central to Chef Rizan’s cooking philosophy, and it’s something you’ll get to taste on 11 May!

Two seatings are available from 6pm-8pm and 8pm-10pm. Chef Rizan will also be doing a live demo of how to fillet a whole salmon at 6pm so don't miss out!
