Women in Leadership Programme - Advance and Thrive

Are you looking to boost your career? Do you have a talented female in your organisation ready, or almost ready, for the next step in her career?

Since 2016 Developing Global Leaders Asia has engaged over 250 female leaders from a variety of organisations in transformative multi-step journeys. The programs are designed 1) to support organisations to strengthen their female pipeline for future senior leadership roles, and 2) to advance participants' careers by equipping them with tools, knowledge, and future-proof leadership skills. 

Upon completion of the leadership journey - which includes an assessment, workshops, and individual coaching sessions -, employers report that participants demonstrate improved leadership capability, enhanced communication and influencing skills, stronger executive presence and take greater initiatives to support and mentor female colleagues. Many have been promoted as a result. Until now, 100% of the participants would recommend the program to others!

Advance and Thrive Program: For female leaders with 8 years managerial experience.

The Advance and Thrive journey will guide participants to find their authentic selves as leaders. Cutting-edge workshops, panel discussions and individual coaching sessions, offer added leadership, networking and influencing skills to help participants advance in their career. The international cohort provides long-lasting support and a benchmarking network with like-minded peers.
