Women in Leadership Programs

Since 2016 Developing Global Leaders has run successfully over 20 Women in Leadership journeys, helping organisations support over 150 of their mid-level and senior female executives develop and advance their careers.

Until today, 100% of participants recommend these programs to others.

Developing Global Leaders’ Women in Leadership Programs complement existing in-house leadership development programs and aim to create a long-term impact through taking participants on a carefully designed integrated, learning journey which includes assessment, interactive workshops, networking and one-to-one coaching. At the end of the journey, participants and their managers report improved leadership, communication and influencing skills, executive presence and overall confidence.
