BritCham Accelerate is a practical, high-impact leadership development programme designed specifically for early-career professionals with 5–12 years of experience. Over the course of 8 weeks, you will deepen your self-awareness, develop your executive presence and build the skills and networks needed to take the next step in your leadership journey.

Programme Schedule
All sessions are in person, and your attendance at all modules is expected to maximise learning outcomes.
- September 16 (Evening): Kick-Off & Networking – Orientation, relationship building.
- September 23 (Morning): Module 1 – Self-Awareness, Strengths Assessment
- October 14 (Morning): Module 2 – Presence & Impact
- November 4 (Morning): Module 3 – Accelerate Growth
- November 18 (Evening): Graduation & Networking Celebration
What's Included?
- CliftonStrengths Assessment.
- PECS Communication Framework (Presence, Expressiveness, Connection, Self-Awareness)
- Facilitated, interactive workshops.
- Personalised feedback and coaching throughout.
- Peer group work during and between workshops to develop collaboration across the cohort.
- All materials and assessments.
Programme Fee
The programme fee is S$795 per participant (excluding GST), covering all five modules, profiling tools, materials, and facilitation. This fee represents excellent value for a comprehensive and practical leadership development experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- 5–12 years of professional experience.
- Current or upcoming leadership responsibilities.
- Commitment to attend all sessions and engage fully in the programme.
- Employment with a BritCham member company.
