Volunteer work: Shell SG has awarded her with the "Powering Progress Award" for her contributions in leading the team towards volunteering and giving back. Over the last one year, Elsa has influenced the team such that interest in volunteering has grew from typically 10 volunteers to currently 30 volunteers. Besides her own team, she also managed to interest other Shell teams to join in to create a bigger impact - the Real Estate team and Graduates community also joined her for her last 2 quarterly events. Impact on the charity beneficiary this has brought about has also been significant - instead of ten sponsored children, they are now able to sponsor up to 30 children, with the additional manpower.
