GAVIN SUNG

Gavin has worked within Global Real Estate for more than 20 years, having lived in the UK, Hong Kong and now Singapore. His expertise has been led in the Business Management of Real Estate Development, Asset Management, Development Consultancy, Capital Markets and Sales and Marketing across key Global markets with an extensive focus in Prime UK property.

Gavin is the Managing Director for Global Markets  for Berkeley Group Holdings PLC, a FTSE 100 Property Developer that focuses on large scale residential led regeneration in London, South-East England and Birmingham, UK. He manages all International Markets outside of the UK that sees business in more than 60 countries. He sits on several committees and boards across the Group’s businesses. Gavin has a wide experience in strategic management, growth markets and a variety of business cultures and runs a business with a multi-billion dollar annual revenue.

In addition, Gavin is also a Board Director of 67 Pall Mall, a Private Members wine club that has seen growth from its original London Club, to now operate in Burgundy, Bordeaux, Verbier, Singapore and Melbourne with more clubs to follow in its expansive plans.

As a passion, Gavin is an avid car enthusiast and was recently the President of Porsche Club Singapore which has a member base of more than 700. He sat as a Director of the Club for more than 8 years and served as Social Director, Motoring Director, Motorsports Director, Vice- President before President (2022-24). He now acts as an ambassador for the Club and the Brand.

Gavin also highly holds charity and community giving in Singapore, where he has been an active contributor to AWWA and their Elderly Charity Support as well as Duke-NUS for Children with Brain Tumours through PBSTA (Paediatric Brain & Solid Tumour Awareness Day.
