MICHAEL YAP

I am the Regional Managing Director for Coventry University Singapore Branch and am the most senior university representative based in the Asian region. I was invited to join the University in April 2017 to set up their first overseas hub. Before this, I was the Executive Vice Dean in a Sino-Singapore Joint Venture college in Shanghai, China. I have over 20 years of business management experience in the Asia Pacific region. I can bring my extensive knowledge in the commercial and education sector to the Board. More importantly, as a Singaporean, I can contribute and provide my views from a local perspective.
