Event: Leading Millennials in a Multi-Generation Workforce

In many organisations, millennials already form half of the workforce and this shift has had a profound impact on how we motivate and engage our teams. It is changing the way we communicate, changing the cultures we are nurturing and changing the spaces we work in. To help make sense of this issue, on the 26th November 2018 we invited participants to participate in a creative conversations event to share their perspectives and explore new ways to create the collaborative workplace of the future.

Sessions were led by Elena Chipalova, Regional Head of Diversity and Inclusion at BP Singapore; Christopher Short, Principal at Dover Court International School, and Sheela Parakkal, Chief Human Resources Officer at our Future of Work Partner and venue host for this event, Prudential Assurance Company Singapore. The Leadership, Talent and Professional Development committee facilitators for this event were Don Rapley, Director at Transform Your Conversations, Naomi Herman, Regional Training Manager at Clifford Chance, and Keegan Soh, Senior Consultant at JDX Consulting.
