Starting in digital in the original dotcom boom by launching one of the UK’s first online supermarkets for Waitrose, I moved from technology into marketing strategy, always focused on the customer at the core - whether that was the role of brand management, the nuances of loyalty, or direct engagement through CRM. 

Moving to Australia to complete my MBA and round out my finance, operations and commercial skills, led to a role as a marketing strategy consultant, giving me broad cross-industry exposure and an understanding of the elusive levers of marketing ROI. 

My time in the professional services environment at KPMG, deepened my respect for the interplay between sales and marketing, learnings I applied to deliver integrated through-the-line communications for highly matrixed, multi-channel Telstra. 

At Bayer in Australia as the Customer Experience Manager, I applied my digital, customer-focused, campaign and people management skills in a highly complex B2B environment to deliver world-first customer engagements for a market-leading global company and have continued to do this with the move to Singapore but on an APAC level, supporting countries across the region to deliver branding, marketing and launch best practice. 

I love to combine my broad practical marketing, technology and commercial experience, team leadership skills and thorough MBA training with my creative flair. 

In constantly shifting matrix environments I make the most of my highly developed interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to find credible, innovative, strategic and workable solutions to deliver business objectives. 

I am as happy managing a team or presenting to senior leaders, as I am developing strategies and driving measurable outcomes, plus I bring knowledge, rigour, insight and above all else, enthusiasm.

I am now looking for my next role in the brand and marketing space and I would love to hear of any opportunities.
