Nicolas Levannier, Legal advisor

Dear Hiring manager,
Holding a Master's degree in International Business Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, I had the opportunity to study in Cambodia, where I also completed an internship at a law firm. This experience reinforced my desire to work in Asia, in a dynamic and fast-evolving regulatory environment such as that of Singapore.
More recently, I worked at the Paris Commercial Court as a Legal Counsel, where I was responsible for overseeing company registrations and modifications within the Paris Trade and Companies Register. This role provided me with a strong foundation in corporate compliance, enabling me to develop a thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks, due diligence processes, and corporate governance requirements.
My internship in a law firm in Cambodia allowed me to develop a good level of English and to familiarize myself with business and intellectual property law in Asia. It also enhanced my ability to navigate cross-border legal issues and compliance challenges. More generally, this experience gave me a first approach to the legal and commercial issues faced by companies in this region of the world.
Then, my international academic background and professional experiences have equipped me with a deep understanding of legal and regulatory issues across different jurisdictions. I am particularly drawn to an opportunity in the legal area as it aligns with my expertise in corporate law and my enthusiasm for compliance matters. I am confident that my analytical skills, adaptability, and attention to detail would be valuable assets to your team.
I would welcome the opportunity to further discuss how my background and skills can contribute to your firm.
