DSG Annual DEI in Maritime Review 2024

In conjunction with the publication of the Annual DEI in Maritime Review 2024, the Diversity Study Group (DSG) recently shared high-level insights from its annual seafarer and shore-based benchmarking initiatives during an online webinar.

Targeted at leaders driving culture transformation and strategic talent management, the webinar featured data from over 3,000 shore-based employees and 5,000 seafarers across organisations at the forefront of DEI initiatives. It explored:
