Acuutech Celebrates Being Ranked #3 in the 2023 Singapore Best Workplaces in Technology List by Great Place To Work Singapore
Acuutech has been awarded as one of Singapore’s Best WorkplacesTM in Technology. In its third instalment, a total of 33 companies over four different categories, micro, small, medium and large, have been ranked as Singapore’s Best Workplaces in Technology according to Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture. The 33 companies on the list were revealed in an online announcement.
The Singapore’s Best Workplaces List is highly competitive. Great Place To Work selected the list using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. Companies were only considered if they are a Great Place to Work Certified™ organization and have attained at least 65% on Great Place To Work’s Trust Index© Survey. Employees share confidential quantitative and qualitative feedback about their organization’s culture by responding to 60 statements on a 5-point scale and answering two open-ended questions. Collectively, these statements describe a great employee experience, defined by high levels of trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
Great Place To Work is the only company culture award in the world that selects winners based on how fairly employees are treated and what their workplace experience is like. Companies are assessed on how well they are creating a great employee experience that cuts across race, gender, age, disability status, or any aspect of who employees are or what their role is.
