British Chamber organises coffee morning to welcome Care for Children leadership team & their Patron, HRH Prince Michael of Kent
On 7th November 2024 the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore organised a special coffee morning at the residence of the British High Commissioner, providing an opportunity to welcome the leadership team of Care for Children. This distinguished charity, with a mission to support the placement of children in loving family environments across Asia, is now turning its focus toward Singapore as a hub for leadership and community support.
The event was honored by the presence of Care for Children’s Royal Patron, HRH Prince Michael of Kent, who joined Chamber members including representatives from Barclays, NatWest Markets, Unilever, BT, and North London Collegiate School (Singapore). Attendees had the opportunity to hear inspiring stories from the charity’s founders, highlighting the meaningful impact of their work and sparking conversations on how the British community in Singapore can further support these efforts.
Through building connections, raising awareness and supporting partnerships, Chamber members discussed how they could contribute to expanding Care for Children's mission in Singapore.Â
