Celebrate Leadership and Wellbeing Excellence: Nominations Open for the 2025 WorkWell Leaders Awards

Local mental health charity WorkWell Leaders has opened nominations for the national WorkWell Leaders Awards 2025. Recognised as Singapore’s standard for workplace and leadership wellbeing, the Awards acknowledge organisations and leaders who drive business performance by fostering environments that prioritise the holistic wellbeing of their employees.

At this year’s Gala, President Tharman Shanmugaratnam inspired 450 CEOs with their teams and government and community leaders by urging leaders to: “Make your company a role model, a beacon, of a culture of empathy.” Entering the awards is a chance to stand out as an employer of choice, celebrate what leaders and their organisations have achieved, as well as recognise the tireless contribution your teams have made to support employees. Just participating in the awards itself is recognition that their work is appreciated and applauded.

The Awards spotlight not only organisational excellence but also the leaders who drive transformative culture shifts by exemplifying the principle: “Being Well to Lead Well.” The categories are as follow:

• BE WELL AWARDS: Wellbeing CEO Award, CEO’s Wellbeing Partner Award
• LEAD WELL AWARDS: Corporate Culture Award, Organisational Wellbeing Strategy Award, Wellbeing Innovation Award

A special Wellbeing Organisation of the Year Award, determined by an expert global panel of judges, will also be presented.
