Dialogue Session with Minister or Finance Lawrence Wong and business leaders from the TAC Alliance

Ahead of the announcement of Singapore’s Budget 2022 next month, the Singapore Business Federation organised a dialogue session on the 25th of January between Minister for Finance Lawrence Wong and business leaders from the TAC Alliance. Joining in also was Minister of State, Ministry of Trade and Industry Low Yen Ling.

The TAC Alliance is made up of 30 trade associations and chambers (TACs) in Singapore, which together represent a large part of Singapore’s economy. TACs play an important role in our business ecosystem in supporting the growth of companies, and by coming together in the TAC Alliance, we can build on each other’s strengths and be even more effective in supporting our members.

During the dialogue session, we discussed the challenges facing businesses and TACs, opportunities that are emerging, how businesses can do better, and our wish lists for the Budget.
