Have Your Say: Participate in Our Poll on New Flexible Work Arrangement Guidelines

WFH

The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) has announced that the Tripartite Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangement Requests (TG-FWAR) will take effect from 1 December 2024. These guidelines aim to provide a structured process for employees to request flexible work arrangements (FWAs) and promote fair employment practices.

As a partner of the Tripartite Alliance for Fair & Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP), the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore invites our members to participate in a quick poll to gauge employers' awareness and readiness to implement these new guidelines.

Why Participate?

Your feedback will help us understand if the business community is prepared and what additional support may be needed. This is a valuable opportunity to shape the resources and guidance provided to employers.
