The Diversity Study Group Ltd (the DSG), established in 2018, is the first organisation dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace across the global shipping and maritime sectors.
Drawing on its unique blend of maritime and DEI expertise, DSG offers global DEI consulting, benchmarking, and networking opportunities for all organisations within the shipping and maritime community, including both shore-based and seafaring employees.
