At Little Farms, we're proud to offer sausages made by our British butcher, Angharad. She trained in the UK and uses traditional methods to create sausages just like the ones you'd find in any butcher shop across the UK.

Our sausages are made from free-range pork mince, combined with various spices to create unique and delicious flavours. If you're looking for a classic British sausage, our Cumberland variety is perfect for breakfast or a sandwich. And for something a little sweeter, try our apricot and tarragon sausages - they're a great choice for bangers and mash.

When compared to German or Italian sausages, traditional British sausages have a distinct flavour and texture. German sausages, such as bratwurst, are often made with beef or veal and have a smokey flavour. Italian sausages, like spicy Italian sausage, are made with pork, fennel, and red pepper flakes and have a spicy kick.
