NLCS (Singapore) is delighted to announce the appointment of two highly experienced educators to lead the Junior and Senior Schools. These appointments mark an important milestone as the school enters its sixth year, building on a heritage of 175 years of NLCS excellence and reinforcing its position as one of Singapore’s leading international schools.

Mrs Sarah Richardson joins as Senior School Principal, bringing nearly three decades of experience in education. She has held senior leadership roles at various schools in the UK. Renowned for developing high-performing teams and driving both academic and pastoral excellence, Mrs Richardson has also led schools successfully through inspections. A History graduate of the University of Kent, with a PGCE from Christchurch College, Canterbury, she also holds the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership. With a passion for holistic education, she has developed wide-ranging enrichment programmes and is deeply committed to supporting students as individuals.

Mrs Louise McCabe-Arnold has been appointed Junior School Principal. She joins us with over 20 years’ experience in both UK and international schools, including senior leadership positions. She is known for her collaborative leadership, academic ambition, and commitment to pastoral and co-curricular provision. A graduate of the University of Leicester, she holds a Master’s in Education from Liverpool Hope University and has completed the National Professional Qualification for Headship.

Together, Mrs Richardson and Mrs McCabe-Arnold bring renewed energy, expertise, and vision. They are committed to strengthening the journey at NLCS (Singapore), ensuring every student benefits from a seamless, inspiring, and empowering education.
