  • The Carnaby Food Truck will be at the Light to Night Festival 2025 on 24 & 25 January 2025.
  • A special Valentine’s Day menu created by Chef Adam Penney for lovers looking to spend a romantic evening at Robertson Quay.
  • Home delivery is now available. 

The new year festivities may be over but one can still find plenty to do in Singapore and at Carnaby - modern British dining by Chef Adam Penney.

Light to Night SG 2025

In its 9th edition, Light to Night Singapore illuminates the Civic District. The Carnaby Food Truck can be found in front of the National Gallery serving up your favourite British nosh such as Bangers & Mash, Stuffed Yorkshire Puddings and our famous Carnaby burger. Come check us out on 24 and 25 January (Friday - Saturday) from 6pm to 12 midnight. 

The Carnaby Food Truck is part of the fleet of food trucks under the Food Truck Nation Group, which also operates the restaurant, Camp Caribbean and The Good Burger Food Truck. The Camp Caribbean food truck will also be making its round too at Light to Night Singapore 2025 with the following schedule:

Fridays - Saturdays
24 - 25 January: Carnaby Food Truck
31 January - 1 February: Camp Caribbean Food Truck

 

Valentine’s Day

Nestled in the magical surroundings of Robertson Quay, lovers can look forward to a romantic evening at Carnaby while indulging in a special 3-course menu created by Chef Adam Penney at $109++ per person that includes a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. 

Diners can choose from a selection of starters that include Scallop Thermidor or Terrine of Foie Gras.  For the main, indulge in the Carnaby Surf & Turf with Woodfired Argentinian Striploin Steak & Rock Lobster for a decadently romantic meal. 

Round off the meal with something sweet like A Chocolate Romance which is made of milk chocolate and passion fruit bar or a Calamansi Meringue Pie.
