About the Future Skills Forum 2025
The Global Forum on Skills for an AI-Driven World
📍 Singapore | November 2025
🎯 Held during the 10th Anniversary of the Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF)
🇸🇬 Part of SG60 – marking 60 years of national development through talent and innovation
The Future Skills Forum (FSF) is a global meeting point for leaders in policy, finance, technology, and education to address one shared challenge: how to prepare people and systems for a world shaped by artificial intelligence.
Rather than focusing on technology itself, FSF examines what AI means for jobs, skills, and institutions — and how we build the capabilities needed to respond. It brings together diverse perspectives to explore what future-readiness looks like in practice, not just in theory.
Held in Singapore during two milestone moments — SG60 and the 10th anniversary of the Singapore FinTech Festival — FSF 2025 is positioned as a regional and global platform for conversations that lead to action.
🎯 Focus Areas
FSF centres on three areas of transformation:
- Future-Proofing Individuals
Exploring how people build relevant skills and adapt to changing roles. - Transforming Organisations
Understanding how employers reshape their workforce strategies in response to AI. - Reimagining Systems
Aligning education, policy, and regulation to support long-term workforce development.
These themes guide a programme designed to connect policy discussions with lived experience and structural reform.
🌏 Why It Matters
As AI adoption accelerates, the pace of change is outpacing traditional workforce strategies. Across sectors, institutions are asking:
- What does it take to be AI-ready?
- How do we support learning that lasts beyond a job title?
- What role should organisations, educators, and governments play in building skills at scale?
FSF provides a space to work through these questions with clarity — sharing examples, challenges, and approaches from across the globe.
🧠 Who Joins the Forum
FSF brings together senior leaders and practitioners from:
- Governments and central banks
- Financial institutions and employers
- Universities and skills providers
- Startups and technology firms
- Youth networks and career professionals
The goal is not just to showcase best practices, but to build mutual understanding across sectors and geographies — and to identify practical next steps.
