What's Happening?
With laws such as the Public Order Act, which prohibits multinational companies from sponsoring events like Pink Dot SG, and the Foreign Interference (Countermeasures) Act (“FICA”), which aims to prevent, detect and disrupt foreign interference in domestic politics on one hand, and global HR and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) policies on the other, how do multinational companies operating in Singapore roll out LGBTQ-inclusive events and initiatives in Singapore in a safe and legal manner?

Hear Remy Choo, founder and Managing Director of Remy Choo Chambers LLC, explain the meaning of the relevant sections of the Public Order Act and FICA, and Leow Yangfa, Executive Director of Oogachaga, share about their corporate engagement activities.

When?
14 July 2023, Friday, 5pm-6pm
(this will be an in-person event, with venue details to be sent to confirmed participants)
