Webinar

The uncertainty and unevenness of recovery has translated into unpredictable prospects for some businesses. The National Wages Council (NWC) Supplementary Guidelines urge organisations to implement the Flexible Wage System (FWS) to cushion the impact of downturns and sustain their businesses in the long run. These recommendations help organisations sustain competitiveness and provide better job security for employees.

Organisations must be prepared that the road to recovery could be long and that building a sustainable and flexible wage system is a solution that can help businesses during dire times.

Join our webinar on 14 September 2021 to learn how you can restructure your wages flexibly and competitively in response to fast-changing business conditions, overcome perceived challenges of implementing FWS and maintain manpower for eventual business recovery.
